BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Samford football team's game at Kentucky on Nov. 17, will be televised live on Comcast Sports Southeast (CSS) at 6:30 p.m. (CST) from Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, Ky.
The game marks the second Samford game this season to be televised on CSS, as the Bulldogs' season-opener against Furman was broadcast on the network. Samford's game at Georgia Southern on Sept. 29 was also broadcast live on ESPN3.
This will be the first-ever meeting between Samford and Kentucky in football. Samford currently has a record of 6-3 overall and 4-3 in the Southern Conference. Kentucky has a record of 1-9 overall and 0-7 in the Southeastern Conference.
Samford will play its final Southern Conference game of the 2012 season this Saturday when the Bulldogs play at Elon at 12:30 p.m. (CST).
