BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Samford women's golf team currently sits in fifth place after the first two rounds of the Samford Intercollegiate, played Monday at the Greystone Golf and Country Club.

As a team, Samford shot a two-round total of 616 (305-311). Troy currently leads the event with a total score of 136 (301-276). The 276 Troy shot in round two set a new school record. Charleston Southern is in second with a two-round score of 594 (301-293).

For Samford individually, Emily Uhland (75-77) and Madeline Davis (73-79) are tied for 13th, with identical scores of 152. Haley Harrington is tied for 22nd, firing a score of 154 (78-76).

Anna Buchanan is tied for 31st with a score of 159 (79-80). Kate Collom, who was playing as an individual, also tied for 31st at 159 (80-79). Haley Wagner, also playing as an individual, carded a two-round score of 160 (74-86). Crockett Floyd tied for 48th with a score of 165 (86-79).
