MACON, Ga.—The Samford women's golf team completed the final round of the Brickyard Collegiate Tuesday at The Brickyard Golf Club (Par 72, 6,269 yards). The tournament was hosted by Mercer University Monday and Tuesday.

Samford placed 14^th in the event. The Bulldogs finished with a team three-round score of 956 (318-329-309). Furman won the tournament with a final score of 879 (293-291-295).

Individually, Samford was led by Kate Collom with a three-round score of 234 (79-76-79), placing her in a tie for 51^st in the event. Madeline Davis came in 59^th with a score of 239 (80-80-79), while Emily Uhland tied for 63^rd at 241 (80-88-73).

Samford's Hallianne Hobson finished in a tie for 68^th with a final score of 246 (79-89-78). Haley Harrington tied for 72^nd at 248 (84-85-79). Crockett Floyd played as an individual and finished in a tie for 74^th with a score of 249 (81-85-83).

Loy Hee Ying of ETSU and Haylee Harford of Furman tied for first individually with identical scores of 213.

Samford will wrap up the 2016-17 season with the Southern Conference Championships, April 23-25 in Lexington, S.C.
