CANTON, Mass. – The Samford women's golf team finished 11th in the Boston College Collegiate, held Monday and Tuesday at the Blue Hill Country Club (par 72, 6,137 yards).
The Bulldogs posted a three-round score of 943 (313-317-313) to finish 11th. Western Kentucky won the tournament with a score of 911 (298-309-304). The host school, Boston College, came in second with a final score of 914 (309-298-307).
Samford was led individually by senior Emily Uhland, tying for 37th with a three-round total of 235 (75-84-76). Freshman Sophie Membrino tied for 39th at 236 (77-79-80). A full list of team results and Samford individual results is below.
The Samford women's golf team will play in the Jacksonville Classic, Oct. 1-2 in Jacksonville, Florida.
