SPARTANBURG, S.C.- Samford volleyball player, Ally Cordes and Samford women's basketball player, Alyssa Tarpley named to the Southern Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Cordes will serve as the executive board chair and a representative while Tarpley will also serve as a representative.

The mission of the Southern Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is to enhance the total student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete well-being, and fostering positive student-athlete image.
