Samford unveiled its brand new Samford Softball Stadium during the 2013 season, giving the Bulldogs one of the premiere facilities in the entire Southern Conference.
While in the same location as the previous facility, the park has undergone a complete renovation. A brand-new playing surface, dugouts, fixed seating, a pressbox and concession stand make Samford Softball Field a great place to play or watch a game.
The field is adjacent to the J.T. Haywood Fieldhouse, a shared indoor hitting facility that the Samford softball and baseball programs will be able to use year-round. Team locker rooms and coaches offices are currently being built in the new Fieldhouse.
