2021 Indoor & Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Bulldogs, four indoor and three outdoor...Set personal bests in back-to-back meets in the 3000-meter run (10:04.19) and the mile run (5:07.67)...Scored points for the Bulldogs at the SoCon Indoor Championships placing seventh in both the 3000 (10:06.32) and the 5000 (17:28.25)...At the UAB Spring Invite, Foreman set a personal best in the 1500-meter run finishing with a time of 4:41.10...Wrapped up the season with a new PR in the 5000-meter run at the War Eagle Invite (17:04.68).

2020 Cross Country: Had a season best in 5K completing the course in 18:50.0...Finished 34th at the SoCon Cross Country Championships with a time of 19:40.0. 

High School: Prepped at Carroll Senior High School in Southlake, Texas under the tutelage of Justin Leonard. In high school, was the University Interscholastic League (UIL) cross country district individual runner up, UIL cross country regional individual medalist... Was named to the UIL CCAT First All-State 6A cross country team and represented Carroll Senior High School as the cross country team captain...Ranks second all-time at Carroll in the 5K (17:30)...2019 cross country 6A state champions and 2019 Nike Cross Nationals team qualifier.
