Brad Seitz joined the Samford Athletic Department in October of 2024 and is in his first season as the Director of Strategic Communications.
Seitz serves as the primary contact for cross country, track, softball, and men's basketball. His duties include promoting Samford teams, student-athletes, coaches, and staff to the local, regional, and national media.
Prior to his time with the Bulldogs, Seitz spent six years at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Fla. where he was an athletic communication graduate assistant for two years and the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications for four years. In his time with the Sailfish, he served as the primary contact for men's soccer, women's basketball, beach volleyball, women's lacrosse, and golf.
Seitz started his college education at Colorado State University before transferring and graduating in 2019 from Coastal Carolina University with a B.S. in Sport Management. He received his Masters in Business Administration for PBA.
