William Small enters his first season with the Bulldogs after being hired in April of 2026.

Small brings over 25 years of college coaching experience with stops at South Florida, Kennesaw State, Iowa State, Tulane, Troy, and Georgia State during that time. He played at Belhaven College in Jackson, Miss. and broke into coaching under Lennie Acuff at Alabama Huntsville.
