The Samford volleyball team bounced back after a disappointing loss to Florida State to defeat Florida A&M Friday evening at the Lady Seminole Classic in Tallahassee.
Samford took the match in four games 15-12, 4-15, 15-9, and 15-7 to improve to 6-4 on the season. Whitney Miller led the Bulldogs with 15 kills while Shaliece Hall added 12 kills for Samford.
The Bulldogs used strong serving to gain the victory. The Bulldogs tallied 14 aces, three each by Shellie Ouldhouse and Krista Kettering to limit the Florida A&M attack.
The Bulldogs will play Notre Dame at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
