BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Both the men's and women's tennis teams defeated Alabama State 7-0 in their first match on Saturday. In the second match, the tables were turned as UA-Montgomery handed the Bulldogs 7-0 losses in both men's and women's play.

The Samford men are now 2-5 on the season and will return to action on Feb. 20, at home against Southeast Louisiana at 1:30 p.m.

The Bulldog ladies are also 2-5 on the year and will face Alabama-Huntsville at 10 a.m. on Feb. 20, at the Samford Tennis Complex.
