ATLANTA- Georgia State defeated Samford 6-1 in an early
morning match at Bitsy Grant Tennis Center.
Travis Johnson was the lone winner for the Bulldogs, posting a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 6 singles.
Albano Franco defeated Raphael Bohli 6-2, 6-4. Franco has
now won three of his last four matches with his only loss
coming to the second ranked player in college tennis, Bobby
Reynolds.
Miha Lisac continues his sizzling play on the court
defeating Joey Jensen 6-3, 6-1. Lisac has now won five of
his last six matches, including two wins over nationally
ranked opponents.
Luka Bernard made quick work of Andres Leal 6-2, 6-1.
Bernard's last five wins have been straight set victories.
