BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford men's tennis will begin the 2004 Spring season at the University of Alabama Kickoff Tournament Sunday, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The Tournament will feature Samford, # 15 Alabama and Ohio Valley Conference rival, Jacksonville State.

"This is going to be a great way to get the season underway," Samford head coach Kemper Baker said. "We have such a young team this year and it will be nice to get some matches in to see what they are made of."

Samford will take on host Alabama at 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning and then take the courts against Jacksonville State at 1:00 that afternoon.

The Bulldogs lineup for the tournament will be:
