BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Samford's Alex Munday scored 17 points and pulled down nine rebounds, but it was not enough as the Bulldog women's basketball team was defeated by Southeast Missouri State, 71-43, in Seibert Hall on Saturday.

SEMO (9-10, 4-4 OVC) took control of the game early, opening the game with a 13-3 run.
