Samford Volleyball Falls In Conference Play To UT-Martin, 3-1

The Samford volleyball team (4-9, 2-2 OVC) fell to the Skyhawks (3-8, 1-2 OVC), 3-1 on Saturday at Seibert Hall. Out of the seven meetings between both teams, the Skyhawks are now 6-1 over the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs captured game one, 30-23 and finished with 13 kills, seven errors and 39 total attacks with an attack percentage of .154. The Bulldogs leader for this game was Angela Dempski (4K-1E-6TA-.500Pct.), while UT-Martin recorded 17 kills, ten errors and 46 total attacks with an attack percentage of .152 for this game.
