BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -
The Samford University football team practiced for about two hours on the practice fields on the Samford campus Thursday afternoon. The Bulldogs will take on Tennessee State at The Coliseum in Nashville, Tenn., Saturday afternoon.
"We are ready to go up there, and we are ready for a tough game," Samford head coach Bill Gray said. I know the guys will look forward to going out there and hopefully playing well."
The Bulldogs will leave for Nashville from the Samford campus at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. The team will hold its final walk-through for the game Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. at The Coliseum.
