The Samford football team completed day two of the 2004 Dog Games on Tuesday. The Red Team currently leads the Blue Team, 2171-2079.

The leaders of events on the second day were Bench Press: Eddie Mason, with a school-record 405 three-rep maximum. 40-yard Dash: John Williams 4.33. 10-yard Sprint: Cortland Finnegan 1.50, Quinton Griffin 1.50, Sean Hill 1.50 and Jermaine Livingston 1.50. 5-10-5 Shuttle: Cortland Finnegan 4.00.

The events on the third and final day are: Back Squats, Broad Jump and Academics.
