BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The 2003 Samford women's soccer media guide placed third in its region by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

The guide ranked third among 15 entries in District IV. The entries were judged on layout, design and editorial content.

The women's soccer guide is the second Samford publication to be recognized by CoSIDA this year, as the football game program was named fourth-best among all I-AA schools.
