BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford football team practiced for an hour Monday afternoon at Seibert Stadium. The Bulldogs worked on corrections from Saturday's game at Tennessee Tech.

Samford is coming off a 42-21 loss at Tennessee Tech. The Bulldogs are currently 5-5 overall and 4-3 in the Ohio Valley Conference.

This week, Samford will take on the Jacksonville State Gamecocks in the Bulldogs' final home game of the 2005 season. Jacksonville State is currently 5-4 overall and 5-1 in the OVC.

Samford will practice again on Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:45 p.m. Thursday's practice is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and the Bulldogs will hold a final walk-through on Friday at 4:15 p.m.
