BIRMINGHAM, Ala.-- The Samford University track and field teams will compete at the Spec Towns Invitational on Saturday, April 23, hosted by the University of Georgia. This meet was named in honor of former head coach, Georgia star athlete and 1936 Olympic gold medalist Forrest "Spec" Towns. Competition will take place at the Spec Towns Track, located on the campus of UGA in Athens, Ga. Meet time is TBA.
