STANFORD, Calif. - The Samford golf team finished 26th after the final round of the NCAA West Regional at the Stanford Golf Course on Saturday.

For the tournament, Samford finished with a three-round total of 913. UNLV finished first with a score of 846. The top 10 teams from the regional advance to the NCAA Championships.

Individually for Samford, Bradley Farmer led the way, finishing with a tournament total of 218, tying him for 49th overall. Nathan Turner shot a three-round total of 227, placing him in a tie for 103rd. Reed Davis finished with a score of 232, while Andrew Villarreal shot a three-round total of 238 and Ryan Mayberry shot a 242 for the tournament.

The tournament concludes the season for the Samford, which claimed its first Ohio Valley Conference Championship this season.
