PADUCAH, Ky. - Samford's Bear Burnett, Garrett Rice and Michael Marseco were named to the All-Tournament Team for the 2007 O'Reilly Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Tournament on Saturday.

Burnett batted .409 with two doubles, two home runs and 10 RBI in Samford's five games in the tournament. In Samford's final game in the tournament Saturday against Jacksonville State, Burnett went 2-for-5 with a grand slam and five RBI.

Rice also homered twice and drove in eight runs for the Bulldogs in the tournament. He batted .333 in Samford's five tournament games. In Friday's win over Eastern Kentucky, Rice broke a 4-4 tie with a grand slam in the seventh inning to lift Samford to the victory.

Marseco batted .333 for the tournament with a double, a triple and three RBI. Marseco made several big plays defensively at shortstop to help the Bulldogs in their run to Saturday's semifinal round.
