The Samford Baseball Winter Camps have drawn tremendous interest over the years. We invite all players in the 8th to 12th grades to join our outstanding camp coaching staff to help get ready for the upcoming high school season. Our Samford staff will be leading the instruction along with current players, professional players, and other college and junior college coaches. We will accept the first 100 paid registrants.

We have reformatted this year's Winter Camp from two half days into one full day and incorporating all aspects of the game: hitting, fielding at specific positions, throwing, etc. Lunch will be included with the cost of the day. It will be an outstanding opportunity to work on your game and get the rust off as the high school season quickly approaches.

The hitting will include detailed instruction: tracking the ball, driving ball to all fields, hitting with two strikes, maximizing power, and picking up and adjusting to all types of pitches. The defensive sessions will allow players to get instruction at each players specific position to fine tune certain aspects of their game.
