BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- The final games in the Magic City Classic will not be played today (Sunday) due to the winter weather that hit Birmingham and the surrounding areas late last night.

Samford was slated to play Alabama State at 1 p.m. on Sunday but that game has been canceled.

The Bulldogs will be back in action next weekend as they open conference play on the road at Appalachian State. Samford will play a doubleheader against the Mountaineers on Saturday followed by a single game on Sunday.
