BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- Eleven young ladies have been selected for the 2009-10 edition of the Samford University Bulldog Dancers.

Emily Evans will lead this group as captain of the Bulldog Dancers. Evans is joined on the team by Julie Cobb, Meagan Tabb, Kelly Ray, Audra Faust, Kristin Armstrong, Lindsay Williams, Crystal Wade, Katrina Brown, Abigail Welbourn and Jordy Allen.

The Bulldog Dancers perform at all home football games, pep rallies, most home men's basketball games, Step Sing and various other events on campus. This year they will be attending the UCA/UDA college camp in Tuscaloosa in conjunction with the Samford University cheerleaders. This will be the team's first attendance at a UDA camp.
