2011 SoCon Tournament Bracket

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ---- Samford University will host the 2011 SoCon Volleyball Tournament this weekend, with three days of matches kicking off on Saturday, Nov 19 at 10 a.m. CT.

The top four teams from both the North and South Divisions will play in a single-elimination tournament, culminating in the championship match on Monday, Nov. 21 which will be broadcasted live on ESPN3. Quarterfinal and Semifinal matches will also be live streamed free on the conference's official website here.

Saturday's quarterfinal matches will play as follows...
Match 1 - 10 a.m. - (#2 North) Appalachian State vs. (#3 South) Georgia Southern
Match 2 - 12:30 p.m. - (#1 South) College of Charleston vs. (#4 North) Elon
Match 3 - 4:30 p.m. - (#2 South) Furman vs. (#3 North) Western Carolina
Match 4 - 7:00 p.m. - (#1 North) Samford vs. (#4 South) Davidson

The winners of matches one and two will face off on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m., while the winners of matches three and four will compete at 4:30 p.m. Sunday's winners will move on to Monday's championship match at 6 p.m.

Parking
Fans should park in the South Stadium Lot behind the baseball and football fields.
