BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ---- Samford softball's Tuesday matchup up with Mississippi Valley State has been canceled due to inclement weather predicted for the Birmingham area. The Bulldogs and Devilettes were slated to play a single game at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Bulldog Field

The Bulldogs will return to Southern Conference play this weekend as they travel to UNC Greensboro to take on the Spartans on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday doubleheader is set for 11 a.m. CT while the Sunday game will start at 11 a.m. CT as well.
