BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford baseball program will host its second-annual Kids Day at Joe Lee Griffin Field on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 2 p.m.

Parents and kids alike are encouraged to come to this free event to preview the upcoming season. The Bulldog players will assist kids in hitting, pitching and defensive drills as well as playing catch in the outfield. Complimentary popcorn and Coca-Cola products will be provided by the baseball team.

The Samford Diamond Girls will also be present with Samford face tattoos and fun giveaways. Kids will also have the opportunity to have a picture taken with Spike, Samford's official mascot.
