CLEVELAND, Tenn. – A total of 20 members of the Samford men's and women's track and field teams competed in the Lee University Last Chance Meet Saturday at the Ray Conn Sports Complex.
Samford student-athletes finished in the top three of their respective events 11 different times in the meet.
The Bulldogs took wins in two events.
Brittany Bishop finished first in the women's pole vault at 4.04 meters.
Jed Sisco won the men's pole vault with a vault of 5.18 meters.
Samford will next compete in the NCAA East Regional in Bloomington, Ind., scheduled for May 25-28.
