Box Score BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford women's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision at Memphis Sunday afternoon.
 
With the loss, Samford fell to 3-3 on the young season. Memphis improved to 8-3 with the win.
 
The Tigers won at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to take the first point of the match. The match at No. 1 doubles was not finished.
 
In singles, Memphis earned wins at No. 1, No. 2 and No. 6 to secure the 4-0 win. The singles matches at No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 were not finished.
 
Samford will next play at UAB on Thursday, Feb. 22. The match is set for a 1 p.m. start.
