NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Samford women's tennis picked up its third straight win of the spring season Saturay evening, defeating Belmont University, 5-2. The Bulldogs improved to 3-1 on the season with the victory, while the Bears fell to 0-3.

Samford secured the doubles point behind two wins, the duo of Hailey Troup and Eleni Liakonis earned a 6-3 victory, while Laila Fishman and Cathy Cardona-Carbal cruised to a 6-1 win to give the Bulldogs an early 1–0 advantage.
