Biography
Freshman (2011-12): Teamed with fellow true freshman Stephanie N’tcha to compile a stellar 8-1 doubles record in Southern Conference play . . . completed the season with a brilliant 13-4 doubles record while playing on court No. 3 with N’tcha . . . she also tallied a 1-0 doubles record at the No. 3 position with AnnMarie Lyon . . . with a roster stock full of upperclassmen, she didn’t see much action in singles play, but finished the season with a perfect 1-0 record at court No. 6 . . . earned her first varsity letter.
High School: Ranked as high as No. 363 by the International Tennis Federation in 2010 . . . No. 2-ranked player in South Africa in the Under-16 age group . . . during her junior season, she advanced to the finals of a prestigious ITF singles event and five ITF doubles events . . . earned the ITF championship doubles title in Namibia and won twice in South Africa . . . earned the 2008 Junior National doubles champion for the Under-16 division.
