High School: A two-time All-County selection at Oneonta High School . . . twice named Defensive Player of the Week by the ­Alabama Sports Writers Association . . . named team captain and Defensive MVP . . . won the Best Defensive Lineman award . . . named All-Region . . . led his team with 120 tackles during his senior year.
