Biography

2016: Played in 10 of the team’s 12 games . . . tallied nine total tackles, including seven solo stops . . . had three tackles, two solo, at Furman . . . also had three total tackles, including two solo stops at The Citadel.

2015: Saw action in all 11 games as a reserve . . . finished the season with five tackles, including three solo stops . . . had one tackle in each game against Central Arkansas, Furman, Clark-Atlanta, Wofford and Mercer.

2014: Saw action in five games . . . finished with two tackles, both solo . . . had one tackle against Stillman and another against VMI.

2013: Redshirted . . . competed as a member of the Bulldog scout team.

High School: Prepped at Lutheran High School of Orange County in California . . . also competed in basketball and track in high school.
 
Personal: Born Aug. 5, 1994 . . . son of Brent and Michele Claunch . . . majoring in public administration.
