Beginning this fall, all Samford football games including post-season play will be aired on Cox Media Group’s all-sports station 97.3 The Zone, and will be available online at www.973thezone.com.
Samford Director of Communications Mike Grace will return for his sixth year as "Voice of the Bulldogs". Samford Associate Director of Athletics for Community Affairs, Jay Roberson will once again join Grace in the booth as the color commentator. Cox Media Group’s David McDaniel returns for his second season as host of the pre-game, half-time, and post-game shows, and this year will also serve as the sideline reporter for all games.
In addition to the game broadcasts, 97.3 The Zone will also become the exclusive home for "Samford Football with Pat Sullivan." Airing Monday nights at 7pm CT, this hour-long weekly radio show will provide Bulldog fans with an up-to-the minute glimpse inside the Samford football program.
