Kevin and Alicia Eads
- Reside in Pell City, Alabama
- Have a son, Anthony, who graduated from Samford in May and is returning to begin graduate school.
- Have a 2 year old tuxedo cat named Kramer. He's named for Kramer from Seinfeld because of his personality.
Tell us about your professional work and what you enjoy most about your job.
Kevin works for the Alabama Air National Guard as an Intelligence Analyst. He enjoys the unit camaraderie and the appreciation they receive from the community for serving. Alicia is the parish administrator for St. Simon Peter Episcopal Church in Pell City. She enjoys working with the congregation to help the community.
What are some of your hobbies?
Kevin likes to build models and Alicia likes to read. We also enjoy traveling.
What special talents or gifts do you have?
I am unusually good at finding things that have been lost and fixing things around the house.
What makes Samford so special for you?
Kevin’s brother attended Samford, played football and coached as a graduate assistant here. Now their son has followed in his footsteps. Anthony began playing here in the fall of 2015. He is returning as a 5th year senior this season as a graduate student. He hopes to GA coach here in the future.
What inspired you to first get involved in supporting the student-athlete experience at Samford?
It’s a wonderful group of people. We love how they support the student athletes and the school in general.
