Montralius Mosley, Jr., enters his first season as an assistant football coach at Samford.
Mosley comes to Samford after serving as an offensive assistant and assistant running backs coach at Clemson for the last three seasons. In that role he helped develop the weekly game plans, created weekly reports and analysis for the offensive coordinator and he assisted with player development and recruitment of athletes.
Prior to his time at Clemson, Mosley worked at Mercer from June 2021 to February of 2023. In his time with the Bears, Mosley served as the quality control and jokers (hybrid RB and WR) coach.
Mosley began his coaching career at Reinhardt from December 2019 to June 2021, where he started as an offensive graduate assistant and was later promoted to running back and slot receivers coach.
Mosley earned his M.S. degree in mathematics from Reinhardt in 2020. He also holds masters degrees from Reinhardt (2021) and Clemson (2024).
