Dalton Robertson is an assistant athletic trainer at Samford, working specifically with the football and men's tennis teams.
Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Robertson received his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from The University of Alabama in 2018. While at Alabama, he worked as a student athletic trainer with softball, cheer and dance and football. He also did an internship with the University of Georgia football team in the summer of 2017. Robertson received his Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Jacksonville State University in the Summer of 2019.
In 2016, he worked and traveled with the Alabama football team and worked the sidelines at the Peach Bowl, and the National Championship game. Robertson also traveled with the cheer and dance teams to the UCA and UDA College Nationals competition in Orlando in 2018.
Robertson is certified by the Board of Certification and licensed to practice as an athletic trainer in the state of Alabama.
