2014 (Senior): Indoor: Competed in three meets…rand a personal best 4:27.26 in the mile run at the Southern Miss Cupid Classic on February 14…ran a season best 9:10.97 in the 3,000 meters at the UAB Blazer Invitational on January 10…ran a season best 16:07.49 in the 5,000 meters at the Samford Multi and Invitational on February 7...Outdoor: Competed in two meets for the Bulldogs…ran a season best 9:22.07 in the 3,000 meters at the Battle of I-65 on March 15…ran a season best 10:10.65 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Southern Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships on April 27.
2013 (Junior): Indoor: Competed in three meets … ran a season-best 8:52.73 in the 3,000 meters and a career-best 2:01.28 in the 800 meters at the Samford Multi. Outdoor: Competed in five meets … set a new career-best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SoCon Championships, finishing in 9:40.37 … ran a season-best 16:38.45 in the 5,000 meters at the season-opening BSC Southern Invite.
2012 (Sophomore): Indoor: Competed in three meets … set new personal bests in the mile run (4:28.36) and 3,000 meters (8:47.12) at the Vulcan Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in six meets … set new personal bests in the 800 (2:00.64), 1,500 meters (4:07.97), and 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:42.73).
2011 (Freshman): Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets ... started the season with a third-place finish at the Blue Raider Invite ... set his PR in the 3,000 meters with a fifth-place showing in the unseeded section at the Niswonger Invite (9:00.39) ... ran a personal-best 15:56.23 in the 5,000 meters at the JRF combined meet. Outdoor: Participated in five meets during the season ... set PRs in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:06.50) and the 5,000 meters (16:35.49) at the SoCon Championships ... ran a personal-best 4:09.70 in the 1,500 meters at the Seminole Invite ... finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Alabama Relays (10:09.69).
