Attended Samford in 2013-14, but did not play basketball.
High School: Averaged 10.6 points and 7.9 rebounds per game as a senior in leading her Brentwood Academy team to a spot in the 2013 Tennessee State Tournament title game . . . named All-Region two years in a row and named to the All-Tournament team for the state tournament . . . scored 1,058 points and grabbed 744 rebounds in her career . . . was a high school teammate of current Samford player Taylor Reece.
Personal: Born Feb. 9, 1995 . . . daughter of Kathy Pierson . . . majoring in elementary eduation.
