Biography
2011 (freshman): Earned a shared shutout with senior teammate Alyssa Whitehead versus Wofford on Oct. 6, as she tallied a pair of saves en route to earning a key 3-0 victory . . . logged 9:10 minutes of playing time in the Southern Conference win against Wofford . . . member of the Bulldogs’ talented goalkeeping corps which finished the season ranked first in the SoCon in fewest goals allowed (0.86), goals-against average (0.82) and shutouts (9) . . . earned her first varsity letter.
2010: Redshirted.
High School: A six-year varsity starter at Jackson Preparatory School, where she was an all-state selection in 2009 . . . helped guide her high school team to state championships in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 . . . also led JPS to runner-up finishes in 2004 and 2009 . . . selected as a Mississippi All Star in 2009 . . . received the Patriot Award in 2008 . . . named her high school’s Most Valuable Player in 2009 . . . also lettered in basketball for three seasons . . . a member of Jackson FC 92 who competed under the tutelage of Head Coach Jonathan Phillips in club soccer . . . team captain of the squad . . . earned state championship titles in 2006 and 2007 . . . also helped lead the team to shootout championship titles of the CASL Shootout in 2006 and 2007, and earned the Central Premier League title in 2006.
Personal: Born Feb. 2, 1992 . . . daughter of William and DeAnn Wright . . . her father played football at Southern Miss . . . majoring in history.
