Cameron Kosid serves as Director of Compliance for Samford University Athletics after joining the department in March 2023 as Business Operations Coordinator. Throughout his tenure at Samford, Kosid has played an integral role in the department's NIL/Revenue Sharing operations, business administration, and strategic planning efforts. He has worked closely with athletics leadership, student-athletes, coaches, and external partners to support compliance, financial operations, and the evolving collegiate athletics landscape.

In his current role, Kosid oversees compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations, and serves as the department's primary contact for Institutional NIL/Revenue Sharing initiatives.

A native of Campbellsville, KY, Kosid earned a B.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Sports Marketing from Samford University in 2023 before completing his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics in 2025. Kosid resides in Birmingham, with his wife Ansley.
