BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford University tennis teams will head to the O'Reilly/ OVC Tennis Championships on Friday-Sunday, April 15-17, hosted by Eastern Kentucky. All matches will take place at the Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville, Tenn. On Friday, the No. 5 seed Bulldog women's team will battle the No. 4 seed Eastern Kentucky team at 8:30 a.m., while the No. 1 seeded men's team will play against the No. 8 seeded Austin Peay team at 4 p.m.

For Samford, the women's team finished the regular season 11-7 overall and 5-4 in the OVC, while the men's team finished 14-6 overall and 8-0 in the OVC.
