The team begins practice with two workouts on Friday. The Bulldogs will practice at 1:45 p.m., and again at 6:30 p.m. in Seibert Hall.

Durban is in her second season as the head coach of the Bulldogs after spending the previous four seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Alabama. Durban's first team posted a record of 5-21. However, this season the team welcomes six new players with the signing class ranked in the top 85 in the country by PrepVolleyball.com.
The Bulldogs open the 2005 regular season on August 27, when the team travels to Troy, Ala., to take part in the Trojan Spiketacular, hosted by Troy University.
