BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -
Samford's football game at Georgia Tech on Sept. 8, will be televised live on ESPNU, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday.
The game will air live on the network at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time, from Georgia Tech's Bobby Dodd Stadium.
"Our football team will be very excited to have the opportunity to play on ESPNU against a top-20 opponent in Georgia Tech," Samford head coach Pat Sullivan said. "We will be excited for people across the country to see our Samford football program."
The game marks the second consecutive year and the third time in the last four years that Samford and Georgia Tech have met.
Samford opens the 2007 football season on Thursday, Aug. 30, when the Bulldogs play host to West Alabama at 7:00 p.m. at Seibert Stadium.
