BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford athletics department will hold a preseason Fan Fest for its fall sports tonight between Seibert Stadium and Joe Lee Griffin Field on the Samford campus.

The event, which is open to the public, is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on the concourse between Seibert Stadium and Joe Lee Griffin Field. Food will be served and plenty of family-friendly activities will be available.

Samford student-athletes will be at the event and available for autographs and interaction with fans. The Fan Fest will also include music and video from the Seibert Stadium video board, games and fun for the kids and entertainment from the Samford band, cheerleaders and dance team. Fans will also be able to pick up their football season tickets at the event.
