GAME NOTES

GREENVILLE, S.C.—The Samford football team will go on the road to take on the Furman Paladins Saturday at 12 p.m. (CT) at Paladin Stadium.
 
The game can be heard locally on FM-99.1 The Game, or worldwide on the internet at the following links: ONLINE STREAMING, MOBILE APP. Fans in Paladin Stadium can also hear the Samford broadcast by tuning their radios to 87.9 FM. The game can also be viewed online on ESPN3 at the following link: ESPN3 BROADCAST.
   
Samford enters the game with a record of 3-1 overall and 1-1 in SoCon play. The Bulldogs are coming off a 28-26 win over Wofford last week at Seibert Stadium.
         
Furman is currently 0-5 overall and 0-2 in SoCon games. The Paladins are coming off a 52-42 non-conference loss to Kennesaw State last week.
 
Samford and Furman are meeting for the 19th time, with Furman holding a 10-8 advantage in the series. The teams met last season on Oct. 31, 2015, with the Paladins mounting a second-half comeback to win at Samford, 20-17.
