Women's Tennis To Compete In Roberta Alison Classic This Weekend

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Samford women's tennis team will compete in the Roberta Alison Fall Classic, hosted by the University of Alabama this weekend.
The tournament will begin with the first round of doubles play Friday at 9 a.m. Following the doubles opening round, the first two rounds of singles will conclude the day.
On Saturday, the second round of doubles will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the third and final round of doubles. The final round of singles will follow the doubles action. No matches are scheduled for Sunday, but matches could be moved to Sunday if inclement weather prevents the completion of the tournament Saturday.
Competing for Samford in the tournament will be seniors Ellie Gerlach and Roos van der Zwaan, along with sophomores Arianna Beltrame, Nadine de Villiers, Holly Horsfall and Elsa Pool.
