BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford women's tennis team swept Nicholls by a score of 4-0 Sunday afternoon at the Samford Tennis Center.

Samford improves to 3-1 with the win. Nicholls falls to 0-2 with the loss.

In singles, Samford earned wins at No. 1, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 to sweep the match, 4-0. Doubles matches were not played in Sunday's match.

Samford will host UT Martin Thursday, Feb. 7. The match is set for a 1:30 p.m. start from the Samford Tennis Center, and admission is FREE!
