NASHVILLE, Tenn. --Â The Samford men's golf team posted its sixth top 10 finish as a team this season at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate as the Bulldogs finished in third place after Tuesday's final round.
The Bulldogs had the lead at the end of round one on Monday where they fired a 285 (+1) then followed that up with a 297 (+13) on Tuesday for a two-round total of 582 (+14) to finish the tournament.

Samford's
Aaron Walker led the team with a two-round even-par 142 (69-73). In Monday's round, Walker recorded five birdies, including three par fives on the course. Walker's finish placed him in a tie for seventh individually.

Harlan Winn also had a good finish for the Bulldogs, as he tied his teammate with a two-round even par 142 (71-71). Winn's round on Tuesday included four birdies, including the par four fifth, the par five seventh, the par three 11
th and the par five 18
th.

Next, the Bulldogs will participate in their final tournament before the Southern Conference Tournament at the Tiger Invitational in Birmingham hosted by Auburn University. The Tiger Invitational will be held on Monday and Tuesday (April 15-16) at Shoal Creek Golf Club.
